LOXARA Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the LOXARA website and services, including game translations, subscriptions, private translation requests, game suggestions, and account-related features.

1. Website and Account Use

You must provide accurate information when required, keep your account secure, and use the website lawfully and responsibly. You may not impersonate others or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

2. Translations and Files

Translations may be provided through external links or downloadable files, depending on the game page and the available offering. Follow the instructions for each translation and keep a backup of original game files before modifying them.

Modifications may affect compatibility, saved progress, online play, updates, or anti-cheat systems. You are responsible for reviewing the instructions and risks before installing files.

3. Intellectual Property and Content

Games, trademarks, and original materials remain the property of their respective owners. Making a translation available does not mean LOXARA owns the underlying game or its original rights. You may not redistribute or sell site files, remove ownership notices, or use content in a way that violates others' rights or game terms.

Do not upload content you are not authorized to use or share. Content may be removed or access restricted where there is a credible report or an appropriate legal or security reason.

4. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Plan features, prices, and subscription periods are displayed on the subscription page before purchase. Access may depend on the plan, subscription status, and applicable account settings.

Review the displayed price, period, and features before paying. A subscription does not guarantee that every game or translation will remain available forever; content may change for compatibility, rights, maintenance, or other legitimate operational reasons.

5. Payments and Private Requests

Payments are subject to the procedures and terms of the relevant payment provider. A request confirmation page alone does not prove that payment is complete unless the system confirms the transaction status.

Private requests may vary in price, scope, timing, and delivery according to the request details and acceptance. Review the scope, price, and terms before paying. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or completion unless confirmed.

Refunds and cancellations are handled under the terms displayed at purchase, applicable law, and any mandatory payment-provider rules. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Game Suggestions and Communication

Submitting a game suggestion or translation request does not guarantee that LOXARA will fulfill it. Suggestions may be reviewed based on priority, technical feasibility, file availability, and relevant rights. Do not include confidential information that is not needed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the website for fraud, harm, or unlawful activity.
• Attempting to compromise the website or bypass account, subscription, or payment permissions.
• Abusing support, knowingly submitting misleading requests, or distributing malware.
• Reselling or republishing LOXARA content without permission where permission is required.
• Evading security controls or sharing paid access contrary to the displayed terms.

8. Service Availability and Content Changes

Services may change or become temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical, security, or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free compatibility with every device or game version.

We may restrict access or suspend an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, a breach of these terms, or a legal requirement. The scope and circumstances of the issue will be considered, subject to mandatory user rights under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided according to actual availability, and compatibility with every device, version, or game update is not guaranteed. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or reduce mandatory consumer rights.
